The NSW Ministry of Health is conducting a project to understand the type of services and supports that donor-conceived people, donors, and their families would prefer when seeking information from the NSW Ministry of Health Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Register.
Our organisation is supporting this project by sharing the Ministry of Health’s invitation with you. We will not be sharing any of your information with the Ministry and your participation is completely voluntary.

Participation is voluntary and unpaid and your feedback is welcomed.
