Free Optus SIM Cards
for Community Member in Need
At ARTFam, we understand that many individuals and families in our community are facing financial hardship and increased cost-of-living pressures.
As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting our community, we have been able to source a limited number of free Optus SIM cards for those who may benefit from additional phone and internet access support.

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting our community, we have been able to source a limited number of free Optus SIM cards for those who may benefit from additional phone and internet access support.
What’s Included?
Each SIM card includes:
- Unlimited calls and texts within Australia
- Minimum 20GB of data every 42 days
- Valid for 12 months from activation
- SIM must be activated within 30 days of receiving it
Who Can Apply?
These SIM cards are available for members of our ASMBC Community (Australian Solo Mothers by Choice group) who feel this support would help them during a difficult time.
If you are a not a member but still need help, please reach out to us privately at hello@artfam.org.au so we can discuss individually on a case by case basis.
How to Request One
Please email: Hello@artfam.org.au
Subject Line: OPTUS
Please include in your email:
1. Postal address so we can send the SIM card to you.
2. Facebook profile URL to confirm member of the Australian Solo Mothers by Choice – ASMBC Community
3. Confirmation that you will let us know when you have received & activated the sim card.
4. Simcard Must be activated within 30 days of receipt.
As these SIM cards are posted out manually by volunteers, please allow some time for processing and delivery.
